The Titans are looking to add more depth to their roster at the TE position; the club agreed to terms with former Houston Texans TE Philip Supernaw, but also made room for him by waiving DT Lucas Vincent. Supernaw has played with three NFL teams: besides the Houston, Supernaw has played with Baltimore and Kansas City (splitting his season with both teams last season). He has played in 8 games with only 3 receptions for 30 yards (average of 10 yards a catch).Supernaw played in the NFL as an UFA out of Ouachita Baptist University, and split time on and off Houston’s practice squad and main roster. If his last name sounds familiar, he is the son of country singer Doug Supernaw. In college, Supernaw recorded 64 catches for 710 yards with 10 TD’s.
