Titans WR and fmr Tennessee Vols star WR Justin Hunter has been arrested for a connection to a bar brawl in Virginia Beach on July 3. Hunter spent time arraigned in a courtroom today and had a bond set for $25,000, but will have to go to General Districti Criminal Court on September 3. According to a 24/7 Sports article, the victim argued with Hunter in the bar and hunter sucker punched him twice and began to cough up blood when he went outside the bar. The victim stayed two days in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries: a broken jaw, a broken tooth, and a missing tooth. Hunter was released on his $25,000 bail, but must comply to few certain conditions; these are just a few: Remain on good behavior, may leave Virginia due to his employment status, may not consume drugs or alcohol, and may have no contact with the victim. As a reminder, if Hunter doesn’t do so well in the Titans training camp, Hunter’s career in Nashville could be possibly over. He caught 28 catches his rookie season and 18 last season before a lacerated spleen would sideline him for the season. Hunter was selected in the 2nd round of the 2013 NFL draft.
